Media sorta distorting the topic in the title...I don't see how this person was actually infected. In reality what happened isn't too different from..say, I took a USB thumb drive which was infected with a virus...and I carried it around with me..inserting it into other systems thus spreading the virus. It just went subdermal,

I remember back in the late 80s they said you could not write a virus in a jpeg. This will have to be a wait and see.
