CS becoming a professional sport??

Post by sippinyak »

i think this is freeeeegin awesome. Just a month ago, clan X3 won $10,000 !!!! Just for playin CS!! I cant bealive it. I never thought a computer game would go so far. If you have cs, i recommend you go practice and practice, beacuse you never know how good you can get. Just imagine, getting payed to play a computer game.....wow

Dude, first of all....you have to be in a clan. I really good one at that. One good enough to compete with the best in the world. Then, you need sponsors for your clans. After that, if your clan is good enough and gets known, then you will be invited to these tournaments. CPL

I think im pretty good. Every server i go into i have a 3-1 kill ratio. But im no where near as good as these players. I watched some demos of these top clans and play, and they are VERYYYYYY GOOD. They have accuracy like you wouldn't bealive, and work together as a clan really well.

I was thinking, maybe we should start a Speedguide CS clan......I dunno...just a thought

10,000 for each clan member or 10,000 for the whole clan ? how many members in the clan ?
yeah i think that alot of the clans have all the gear >like gamevoice and roger wilco which make it tough if you are just a good player!

unreal tournament was giving away 150$grand [sg]clan? sounds good to me

I was going to post a link to that thread, but the SG search results for "bullsh|t" were too numerous

sometimes you have to think outside the box to get inside the box ;).

Well I don't know about CS, but I do know that Unreal Tornament's MOD - Tactical-ops (free download like CS) is an excellent game and also popular. www.tactical-ops.net . I wish it will too have these championship tournaments because I am in one of the best clans in Australia and would love for it to go proffesional.
Cheers.

Yea the clan was X3 [xtreme 3] and their first team won $10,000 [1st place] and their second team won 6th and won $4,000 i think. In december there will be $150,000 tournament in december. All the tops CS cland from around the world will be there.

By they way...CS OWNZ ALL COMPUTER GAMES, END OF STORY

lmao yea cs kicks but my clan that i am in just had a name change and were going to join sta soon "b4 sommer i thought..."
well our old clan name was |FA| my name for it was |FA|pimptrizkit "fa stands for fully automatic " but now since the name change "they wanted sycp (something you can't phade) but me and another guy disagreed and we came up with nsk nonstop killing so now you can find me and my boys with [-nsk-] at this ip 128.95.26.232:27016
and same ip with different port " 27017 " their is also a "27015" but that is for hitmen i forgot how their clan tag is... but where joing bravo west and were a pretty good clan i dont think we could score munch against the top cs clans but clans that roll into our server get their butts kicked usaly

peace out [-nsk-]pimptrizkit~[ews]~

(the ews is a lil joke ask me about it in cs if you ever see me playing) "and my best rec so far was 32-5 but really it aint about how many kills you get it is how well you play
