help, getting a high ping when..

help, getting a high ping when..

i have a 1.5 mbps plan in sky internet cable, actually im getting good connections when playing online (asia) around 60-80 latency.. the problem is that when i play online ( windows mode ) and watch youtube at the same time my ping goes high to 300-400.. why? please help
