Not much else you can do for an upgrade, you're at the limits of your generation of hardware. Further upgrades will be very minimal in performance gains versus money spent.

What model hard drive is that at 10krpm?

Time to bite the bullet and move into the multi-core CPU world, and PCIe.

Seagate Barracuda 7200.9 ST3500641AS 500GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive -Bare Drive
7200 not 10K..
Thought about going with ATI Radeon HD3850. seems best AGP card out there..?
I might upgrade to Duo core Intel-Asus..Intel mobo been rock solid.

Days of video card every two-three months and refrigerated cases-watercooling thing of the past.

About the only thing upgrade wise is the video card....your gameplay should improve a good bit with a better video card. I think the 3850 for $88 at newegg.com will give your hardware a bit more life...make sure to get the 256bit ddr3 version in case there were different versions.
