Paragon Softwares Total Defrag 2010 free for a day

It's large because of a bootable ISO in the download, for the most effective defrag possible, needs to boot from CD and do the system partition offline.

While you're there in the free download section, look at some of the other free tools they have, like Rescue Kit.
