Alihiyesu.dll

[Cerberus1027]

Browser gets redirected and task manager won't open. In msconfig under the start up tab it lists an Alihiyesu. Then under command it says rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\alihiyesu.dll" ,startup. I deleted the file which has stopped the redirects but task manager still won't open. This all started with a virus calling its self Windows System Suite. Hijackthis looks like this:

I tryed to fix it in hijackthis but it comes back. I had to remove rundll32 restart then remove Alihiyesu so it wouldn't load. Windows now reports it can't find it when windows starts.
Question:
How do I get task manager back?
have I removed the threat or is there more I have to do?
What is this thing?
And when is obama going to fix the economy?

Then use Autorun Eater to restore Task manager !

Hijackthis seems to have cleaned things up but autorun eater doesn't bring back the task manager. Any ideas
