Is anyone else in the summer that never was?

Post by Lefty »

This year has to be the most horrible year weather wise I have seen in my life. We are on a limit of one sunny day per week, and its not at once, its a cumulative 12 hours a week.

been one of the best summers in a while here in northern ohio. mid 70's and normal rainfall. high 80's and 90's are few and far between. still have August and half of September though.

Off and on here. A lot of cloudy days but otherwise beautiful.

Really dry winter though, things are already looking brown.

No....does anyone want to share some of that rain? It's already 103 here today...at just past noon. Our hottest time of the day is still several hours away. :(

No humidity here, just rain all the damn time!! June was practically all rain and the Hudson Valley is slated to have rain all week. It's ridiculous.

tbh, this year has been pretty tame. not heat-wise (that just comes with the territory. im in riverside, ca atm). last year the ~95deg.+ temps started 2nd week of June and didnt give up 'till the beginning of October. typical temps this year. just had a reprieve for another month this round. daily activities consist of staying indoors in the A/C as much as possible. waiting till after 8pm or before 8am to get grocery shopping or whatever done.

that being said, my conspirators in Portland and Spokane have expressed their current misery.

This is the worst summer in a long time! We averaged like 67 for July. It's always raining or cloudy.
