Problem with hosting

Here is my speed

I used have slow speeds untill i done the Speed optimizer thing so now i can download at 1mb per sec easily. But im still having problems with hosting on call of duty 4 on the ps3. Can anyone help me ?

I am having very slow speed upto 10Mbps/sec. I am also having problem in hosting Counter Strike, So can you help me with it?
