That's not a police officers job. Surely you can understand that. It isn't the law of your country, nor is it the law of mine.

Whilst watching that video, I also saw another about a 15 year old girl who took a beating from an officer. All caught on camera. Pretty unbelievable stuff.

i will agree that stupidity to the point where it threatens innocent people is worthy of some kind of punishment. cite and release, or arrest the person. try them in a court of law, and administer the sentence. there is no room for vigilante'ism in an officer's conduct.

No, a police officer shouldn't do that. I just mean he deserves a kick in the face in general. Probably two or more.
