I would suggest that if the "attack" was repetitive and from the same IP and trying to access different ports then yes you have a hack attempt.
To settle who it is click on the "More Information button in the popup. That will give you the option of clicking of the IP in the left of screen to find out who it was. The one right of screen is your IP so don't worry about that.
