I am on SKY Broadband and I pay £15pm I am on the 16mb connection but I am getting more like 700k

ok so the desktops speeds are fine but the laptops is not?
if thats the test from the laptop you should just run the optimizer and set to optimal settings and let it go..that should at least raise your RWIN to 256960

yeah just move it to around 6megs or something for now... that should bump that RWIN up to that 256*** amount
