ATT 6m/512 tweak

I got this service and recently reformatted my computer and now have doubled my latency in World of Warcraft.. can anyone help me tweak my settings? My MTU is set at 1492 but for some reason shows different on here.

Make/model of modem.
Type of service, Cable, DSL, if fiber.
Can you access your modem and see what MTU setting it has and if you can change it if not 1492.

ATT DSL 6m/512,Motorola/Netopia 2210, I dont see where I can set my mtu on my modem settings.I checked all the modem settings and did not see one to set the mtu on the modem itself.
