I went to this site mentioned above and did the discover test and it was able to see my entire c:\ drive along with my display settings and internet browser. I am using a linksys dsl router with firewall. When I went to other scan sites they weren't able to connect to my computer, but somehow this site did. I was wondering if anyone knew what I can modify to fix this. File and print sharing is not installed.

Thanks,
Dan

The reason that you think they "saw" your machine undressed is because you have java script enabled on your browser. Every time you latch on to a website, the same info is sent every time. All they saw was info in a java script. It un-nerved me the first time, but turn it off and as the fellow above aptly said, thay wont see a damn thing. They really arent anyhow, just scaring the bejesus out of everyone. THEY ARE NOT GETTING PAST YOUR LINKSYS ROUTER HARDWARE FIREWALL so remain calm. :D
