Holy effing capitalization. That took longer to type than it did to post a pic of yourself.

Sounds like you have one of the fun spyware/virus rape kits. Look in Security.

Welcome to SG !!! Yes, you can learn a lot here, plus get good professional help.

You will probably get a quicker answer by posting your questions about spyware, etc.. in the Security forum of Speedguide.

You most likely picked up a rogue antivirus scanner.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rogue_software

Download, install, and run CCleaner
http://www.snapfiles.com/reviews/CCleaner/ccleaner.html

Disable system restore

Then download, install, update, and run FULL scans with the following malware removal tools
SuperAntispyware
http://www.snapfiles.com/reviews/Super- ... yware.html

MalwareBytes

Spybot Search and Destroy

It's best if you can to update programs, reboot into safe mode and run your scans.

Run your Windows Updates and ensure you get the latest Malicious Software Removal Tool from Microsoft...

Once installed, start==>Run==> MRT and let it scan

Follow up with a good antivirus program..dunno what you have now, but one of the best..and it's free...is AntiVir.
