Your speed will face high ping times, it's the nature of your 3G lines. Try :

Relocating your modem far away from cell phone, radio, bluetooth devices...
What makes you: "...waking up in the morning so excited about & wanna FLY out of the door ?"

Hello ashraf, here the simple step below. Hope this help to improve your broadband connection via mobile phone line. :thumb:

1. *FOR CELCOM USER

Ok check your signal area here>>
http://www.celcom.com.my/cep/xresources/CelcomCORP/broadband/html/more_on_broadband.html
then click Coverage Map and do a searching. After that, tell me what coverage do you have.

2. The TCP Optimizer does not support Vista. You should use the SG Vista TCP/IP Patch instead to apply Vista tweaks.

Also, Vista only reports the "current" available TCP Window, it does not advertise the full TCP Receive Window, therefore the Analyzer can't read it.

Just use the tweaks available here for Vista:
http://www.speedguide.net/read_articles.php?id=2574

Or, to apply them automatically, the Vista TCP/IP patch (right click and save as) :
http://www.speedguide.net/files/vista/SG_Vista_TcpIp_patch.cmd

3. Oh yeah, just make sure your modem is placed a few feet away from all other electrical devices to avoid signal quality disturbed and always remember that's the nature of an internet connection over a mobile phone line. Much depends on your distant and clear line of sight to the cell tower and the clarity of the airwave.

4. You can place your modem near the windows to get a good reception coverage.

5. For P2P, just use a BitComet. Download and install and use this setting,

When using a bitcomet your port listening is block by ISP and got a yellow color...this happen when you use a broadband because broadband have a sharing ip address and cannot be open-forward that port ps*its mobile service and not have a router instead. And the solution is, setting bitcomet to limit.

a. Open BitComet 1.04, go to connection, global max upload rate set to 10.
b. Listen port, set to 60000 until 65528, you can choose.
c. On Port mapping uncheck all
d. Go to Advanced, click bittorent.max_connection _per_task set to 80, click network.max_connections set to 134
e. TCP IP limit set to 200. If you use win xp 2 use a third party to open up your TCP Limit. Try google this EvID4226Patch.exe and download.
f. Reboot your pc.
g. Now...after you set a limit on bitcomet you suppost get about 100kbps or plus download rate.
Then ignore the yellow thingy on bitcomet.
