link 2 2000 reg fixes

Looking at the web site for a great deal of information in regedits... I have noticed that there is no link to win2000 regedits. I have found them on your web site. I just thought that it might be great if there was an area for win2000 edits... thanks for the great support... and collection of thoughts.

We've prepared a Cable Modem patch for Windows 2000 that can be downloaded here: http://www.speedguide.net/files/Win2k_rwin.zip . We'll add a section on Windows 2000 when we have all the information and a chance to test all settings.
