Packetloss to ultimaonline

hi im having alot of problems with packetloss on a europe server im from wales. paying for a 8mb connection, its not my pc because the game came out in 1998 or somthing.
when i ping -t to the server i get Request Timed Out ALOT!
so i tried it with other servers like yahoo, google everything and its the same, any ideas?

If its happening everywhere its probably an issue with your connection, maybe at your ISPs end, you should call them and explain the problem.
