can anybody help,
i`ve been burning avi files to cd with nero. my problem is . the last couple of days my creative 36x cdrom either can`t find a cd in the drive or it will find one big audio file which no software can read/play. my cd writer can read these disks
and so can a old 4x speed cdrom on another pc. is this a software or a hardware problem.
Sounds like ur CL CD-Rom is going out. CL doesn't make very good CD-Roms anyway. I'd get a Toshiba 48x. That's what I use in my server. It's cheap (under $50) and has no probs reading CD-Rs/RWs, etc.
i was hoping it was that , what with all the different software i`ve been playing about with i was not 100% sure it was the cdrom.
