Worst upload speed ever.

Long time i dont post here since like 1 year ago but im back i need help im desperate i've done everything , changed wires in house ,a friend of my dad which works in a telecommunications company checked the wires if they were good, format , changed computer, changed modem.

And my upload speed is still 0 it doesnt work i cant even upload a picture of 50 kb.

Look at some results of upload speed test.

I've called thousands of times to my isp and they never fix my upload speed , sadly i dont have any other isp here, my download speed is great it works at 1800kbps of 2048 Help plz!.

Packet loss along the cable line from your modem to the ISP's switch.

Check for possible loose wiring or connectors along the phone line from the modem to the splitter and the wall socket. Also, make sure you do not coil up any signal, phone or power cables.

What speed did you pay to get?

What operating system are you using? XP or Vista?

im using vista i was using xp before with another machine , theres no power cables that coil signal, i have tried with the other 2 splitters in the house and same results , i pay to get 2048/256

You need to get your ISP tech to check out the line. Problem could be somewhere along the connection line outside the house to the ISP switch.

i have tried with autotuning disabled and enabled , also a friend of my dad checked the line he works in my isp company but in the phones part not in the internet part, but he came with a friend of him and changed all wires and then checked em from the switch and he said there were no problems.

That is why you need to get your ISP tech to check out the line, not a phone tech. Problem may be at the switch.
