thanks, I only got halfway down your list before it stopped popping up. something like 84 detections. One thing though, after using the SuperAnti Virus I restarted my computer, got a BSOD, then it booted right up. Should I be concerned it took out something necessary? And if so where does SuperAnti Virus quarunteen(sp) these items?

WOW! Your laptop sure has a lot of stuff running at start up. I bet it runs very slow... I would definitely remove most of that update and support stuff from start up... (That doesn't uninstall it, it just won't start the program until you start it...)
May I ask what prog you are using that is Symantec? The reason I ask is you have McAfee anti virus running and it appears a Symantec security suite as well. Never use 2 anti virus programs at the same time...
I would also recommend uninstalling both of them as neither is very good anymore. (You getting the trojan should tell you that...) If you don't want to buy another, just search through the boards here as there are free ones that perform much better...
Let us know if you need more details on what I have posted...
