bf'42/DC spielers, your usual servers?

for me it's either [5th MR] Midway 24/7 or EA 117 Fan Favorites.

For DC....the 0-]~T-m-p~[ NoRulez server
Runs some mods...speed buggies and small heli's, cranked up guns on top of the Hums, etc.

a little off topic -
can anyone tell me the order - from install to getting the DC mod to work so my son can play?- i have been trying but i guess there is a specific order for one to get online [and not crash to desktop]- ill need a complete list from start to finish -

- another question - as i add the patches/mods [hopefully someone will post ]do i have to activate each one ?as i go through or ?[when to reboot?]
also try to include some tips to update punkbuster properly -

lol and my friend down the street gunslinger plays alot there too- ill look into that other server you mensioned!

Install just like this! I copied this from another one of my post.

Make sure you get all the mods and updates in the right order.

Install BF1942
Patch to 1.6 then 1.61...reboot computer.
D/L and install DC.7 then DC Final
Update Punkbuster by placing a copy of pbweb.exe in your pb folder in the BF1942 directory. Run it.

wow thanks alot!
here is what i had to do - fineally got it to work -
after realiseing Norton the ram eating systems hog on this machine - i shut it off and deleted it , holy crap it free'd up 20 processes . -
ok, cool got that - very happy to see what was eating this machine alive was deleted - loaded up - AVG AV - and proceeded to a router for another gate from the 2 pc's here im gonna connect -
anyways -after some reading about how to get it out of the games registry files/cd codes on google - i followed the path from Ace and wham , got in my favorite servers and got to play online on my sons pc - he is gonna be so happy - thanks alot you guys and as nascar2003seasons is now ip# only and NHRAquarter mile showdown is also shut down their server[s]- i will be playing BF1942 DC mod alot more -
besides OGame.org-[ask Y.O.S] you might be interested in this game of mathmatics - pilladge and war strategy game - its free and quite addicting to the person with nothing to do all day online that doesnt game but likes to ... hmm how do you say provoke - excite-create mayhem-endure hours upon hours of strategy - spy - holy crap i could go on and on -

I had a server setup to run some DC action but nobody was playing on it... providing the interest is here I'll put it back up... but once a week sounds like a get together on a certain night to make that happen.
