Looks like the competition (nVIDIA) will have to pay out the nose in the form of royalties to 3DFX, for every chip they've sold. Plus, they will have to pay damages for all the intelectual and loss of revenue. Hmmmm... It's going to get interesting in the video card world.

Every1 is suing every1 else these dayz. Record companiez VS Napster, Infineon VS Rambus, 3Dfx VS Nvidia. What is this world comming to.
