My new monitor(by mistake)

Post by burple »

Well I wanted to share my latest eBay experience. A couple of weeks ago I made a purchase on eBay for a small 20 inch samsung flat crt tv. I won the bid at 70.00 shipped. Anyways fast forward to a few days ago. The package comes in and is just a little different than what I had won. It was a 22 inch widescreen LCD Samsung T220. It retails now for roughly 350.00 and higher. It was new in the box. Well me being the nice guy I am, I wrote them about it. I just knew that were going to say they would give me a RMA to send it back and get a refund of my 70.00. I would not have been happy if that were the case. But I was actually surprised to get an email back apologizing for the mix up and offering to give me a full refund and keep the monitor. Well of course I accepted. So now I have a nice new free monitor and the money back to buy another TV from eBay. lol Here is the link to pics and specs for the new monitor.

i think i'd note their username and check with them the next time youre looking for something. good customer service is getting harder and harder to come by these days.
