Download SG literature/help docs/etc as PDF

IMO, we need to be able to download all the tweak files, TCP Optimizer help docs, user articles/reviews, etc as PDF. There are add on packs for vBulletin for threads but I would imagine there is a hack or some other 3rd party program to do this.
