Im using sygate firewall program

and should i allow this iexplore.exe to access to
Local Port : 1414
Remote Name : http://www.sfimg.com
Remote Address : 207.218.129.4
Remote Port : 443 (HTTPS - HTTP protocol over TLS/SSL)
