antivir ?

need some advice on getting a antivir program i only have 512mb ram 120g hd intel4 cpu os winxp sp2 home. i need something thats going to offer good protection and uses a small about of resources.thanx.

thanx for advice would rather have free antvi.. i have nis 2008 but...i do not like it...

My suggestion for best Free is - Avast


Paid would be nod32



But since you said you have norton..you may want to find the norton removal tool to get rid of everything of it.. the uninstall just doesn't cut it.

I love AntiVir, so sexy! Use it on all my pcs and haven't had a problem with viruses and such.
