Can someone recommend RAM?

I just bought a PIII-600E and was planning on overclocking the hell outta the thing but then I realize that I'm still running PC100 memory :-(

Does anyone have any recommended PC133 RAM that will definatly go to 150mhz+?

Just got my 2 Mushkin Mozel 1.5 PC133 128 meg sticks, prices are rising but Mushkin's are not out of site, I paid 281$ for both including 2 day fedex shipping.
