cooling, i want to add a lot...
Alright, I want to add some cooling to my computer. I am going to replace the current heatsink and cpu fan and am going to add a pci slot fan under the video card (obviously to cool the video card). I want to add either 2 92mm fans or 2 120mm fanes. I will proably go with the 92mm fans because they will most likely be quieter. I have absolutely no room in my case for new fans, so how do i go about cutting holes for them? Also, i only have a 235 watt power supply right now, should i go for the 300 or even the 430? I know a lot of you have like 9-10 fans in your computers, so i know you can help me out!

If you are planning on OC'ing to 1 ghz I reccomend you get a fan that's for your socket or slot type and that would normally cool at 1.5ghz (just for added coolness). If you have a Socketed Processor, check out the Thermaltake Volcano II (It's about $34 CAD/wo tax). As for your Power supply, definately go for the 300 watt one, you'll need the extra power.

I have a PIII 733. I want to overclock to about 900 (gotta find out how to unlock the chip though). Which heatsink and fan would you guys suggest and where can i get them? I am probably going to go with the 2 92mm Panaflo H1A from caseetc.com, they have a decent price to them and i have read that they are pretty good. I think 120mm would be overkill, but if you guys tell me that it would actually be worth it, then i will go up to them. thanks for all the help, now i just need alittle more help.
well if you can leave your case open, then use a small clip on house fan, with a plastic fan guard, and shove as far in side the case, as you can, it dropped my cpu temp by 7, and mother board by 9, also i foulded my ide and floppy cables, and have a fan blowing heat out near my video card, and 1 blowing out air at the top of case, where the cdroms go.
I actually debated the keeping the side of the case open and just throwing a house fan on the side. I figured it would just throw way too much dust and dirt into the case. I figured the 2 92mm fans would be sufficient and a lot less noisy then a house fan. So as i said, i have debated leaving the case off and i decided that it would just be too noisey and put to much dust into my case. So i am going to just put the 2 92mm (still debating the 2 120mm fans though) into the case and put filters on them... It should turn out very good.
