Who is playing Mass Effect?

Post by gameplaya »

Seems really interesting. Jus started. I might have to say, this is 1 of the best RPG's I ever played so far. As far as storyline the gameplay and battles are exellent. :thumb:

It's an awesome game, great story, the only thing I've left to do is get all the renegade points and get to level 60 from 58 and just play the game through the difficulty settings and just make new characters to get the different moves and such, should be easy enough.

Been thinking about picking this game up. WHen i was younger i used to LOVE rpgs. Played the hell outta FF7 and 8, since then ive pickedup Knights of the OLD republic for the original XBOX but didn't have time to beat it (life got in the way). Not sure if i have enough time to enjoy this game or not.

If i only had a few hours every few days to play do you think it would be worth while? Or just pick up some other game that is easier to get in and out of?

I started playing that game 3-4 weeks? ago then I stoped playing 360 at all and now when I think about that game ...uhmm "eject DVD, putting in tray NHL and really enjoying the game"
I'm not anymore one of those people who can play 360 6-8 hours straight ( I have been hehe) , I rather go with my wife out, play some NHL, then enjoying good movie with good food.

I liked the Walking and Talking, that's what I prefer in RPG's, just some good story behind a game and lots of talking, gets me more into the game.

Meh, just my 2 cents.

i like stuff like that in games with different settings, like oblivion, but if its also a futuristic shooter, i just want to get into the action.

I like it. It can be slow at times but hey, this is an adventure rpg game.

After about 20 hrs into the game, I am just a bit tired of all the stupid driving missions. I try to do most of the sidequests and I'm at the one where I have to search monkeys and drive around for a datapad. GRRR.

No more drivng around stupid planets for me. That doesn't add anything to the story or gameplay other than making it frustrating. I'll just stick to the main story line for now.

I would say it is perfect for you then, as my only complaint about the game was that it was too short, but with rpg's too short is always better than too long; like oblivion or morrowind.
