Counter Strike

Im trying to get better in cs and straight out my rates and packets. I jus installed TCP Optimizer please tell me what to do thanks a lot and I have Bellsouth i live in MS
i have 6.0 and i did a speed test http://www.speed.fastaccess.com/
it was 5.7 mbps download and 432.9 Kbps.
I havent touched my TCP optimizer please instruct me what to do thanks.

Do a speed test at http://www.speedtest.net and post the results.

Ping seems a bit high but the server is 400 miles away, looks like your getting your max speed, nothign you're gonna be able to do about the latency except play on closer game servers.

test to a few other locations and post them, test Chicago, Wash DC, somewhere in Florida etc.. lets see how you ping and test to them cause routing is everything.. then once you find one that looks really good to you with good speeds and low ping then find a server located near that test site and play on it.
