Yeah I need help with the video settings on battlefield vietnam. There is a big like 1 inch black margin on the right side of my screen. I had this in battlefield 1942 also, but i fixed that because there was an additional number in the video settings, like 1024x768x16x85. Vietnam only has 1024x768x16, or 32, for the colors. I tried increasing the resolution in vietnam, but i dont notice any change at all, even after i save and restart it. My computers resolution is 1024x768.
here is a screenshot of what it looks like:
Thanks.

adjust the target line in your short cut to look like this..
"X:\Program Files\EA Games\Battlefield 2\BF2.exe" +menu 1 +fullscreen 1 +szx 1680 +szy 1050
thats a example of BF2's target line just right click on the shortcut and properties and change the target line as shown above.

Looks like the screen is off the edge so readjust it with the monitor controls.
Could be different becasue its at a different refresh rate. Are you on an LCD or CRT?

im using a CRT mintor. my refresh rate is at 85, and it is set to that on bf42, but there is no option for refresh rate in vietnam.
