Spybot Clearing All Cookies

For some reason after I scan with Spybot and remove some generic advertising cookies it seems to clear out all my cookies for my Seamokey browser so I have re-login to all my forums and website. The cookies in explorer are fine. Does spybot hate Seamonkey or something?
