I had a run in with one of their gang member's this morning. I mugged the piss out of him for a few million. He sent me a email back asking me to give his money back. I felt bad for him since he said his internet went down. I gave him back his money and an extra million.

I don't think Coaltrain has an alliance setup with anyone. It would be a good idea for him to get some setup as well as start recruiting people.
