So quickly-- it started an hour ago.. after I messed up the Outpost suite installation and uninstallation -- nothing happens now .. and then this error started coming up...

I've downloaded spyware bot and adaware should be done hopefully if the stupid error doesnt come up again ..
Oh and I know there are many people asking the same thing here -- but I would appreciate it if someone explained in easy terms -- I'm not an expert!
