Not sure why, buy will look around and see if I can find out. I had a -10 points so far.

Ok gang, searched Stanford's folding forum and heres what I came up with.

Stanford was beta testing v6 software. Being Beta it broke a few things that it shouldn't have so in reverting to earlier version the corrections were needed.
