Being in a state that doesn't allow the GOOD stuff like stuff that shoots in the air and reports or explodes really upsets me since why is one state any different than another like Tenn? I hate having to drive to another state just to get some good stuff to set off without having to use the Walmart brand junk that "emits showers of sparks"

Same reason with all the other laws, cuz state by state, state laws are different.

umm yeah... I understand that but there is no reason for this law I've looked and looked and asked I don't know how many people including my congressman.

Nope, but I have loaded part of a can of black powder inside of a Melenium Falcon and touched it off in the sand. :thumb:

Bottle rockets are best used in beer bottles mounted on the handlebars of BMX bikes with electrical tape(pre-dates duct tape).

I'd be interested in hearing the full story with this guy. He is/was a Cleveland fire fighter with no record of any kind. I'm sure he didn't just snap. Something other then the fireworks provoked him, but the news is making it look like it was the fireworks.
