How do you thin out your face???
I have always had a rather rounded face, and was wondering if losing weight is the only way your face would thin out?
What about exercising? That builds muscle, but wouldn't it make your face more thick?

Send Meggie a PM, I'm sure she could help thin out your face.Originally posted by Brandon_k_W

Are you overweight? If so, yes, it would thin out your face some.

A weird question to ask on a forum but yes exercising will help.

I was going to post a link to that thread, but the SG search results for "bullsh|t" were too numerous
sometimes you have to think outside the box to get inside the box

You can chew till your blue in the face. If that's one area where your body stores fat then all you can do is to loose weight to loose them jowls. Spot training won't do you any good.kbabii5 wrote:by chewing sugar free gum like 24/7, youre working your cheek bones.. thus losing wirhgt.. i have huge chubby cheeks and a thin body so i look kind of funny.. so im working on thinning out my face too
