Dual boot questions.

I have two hard drives. The Quantum is "C" with WinMe files on it. The Maxtor is "D" and "E". The "E" drive has Win2K server on it. When I installed Win2K I noticed it put some files on the "C" drive. I want to format the "C" drive and do a fresh install of Win98SE. What will happen to the files Win2K needs? Will I still be able to start Win2K to replace these files?

Once you format you more or less lose W2K.
To get it back - run the repair function and it will replace the 4 or 5 missing files.

Thanks,Do you know which files these are? Maybe I can burn them to a CD and put them back after I reinstall Windows.
