I am going to eat Vanilla Ice Cream with Hot Fudge Tonight

Post by Brent »

For the first time in a year!!!!!!

I love this combination, and every now and then you just gotta go wild, I've lost a lot of weight, and am continuing to do so, so I'm at a point where I can squeeze things like this in now as long as I don't over do it.

It is gonna be sooooooooooooooo good

Never met an ice cream I didn't like.
I'm in the same boat as you Brent...lost about 35 lbs so far and it's hard not to go back to eating the things i loved before. My secrets were to eliminate french fries and stop eating late before going to bed. And lots of meals cooked on the 'George Foreman'

How much have you lost?

I was 230 a year ago, now I'm 194 so 36 pounds. My goal is 175. I found the first 20-30 pounds to be easy, but the remaining 15 pounds is a lot harder.

Yeah, I'm stepping up my excersize routine. 45 minutes at the gym on Tuesday and Thursday followed by a 15 minute steam. Then on Saturday a 16-18 mile bike ride, and on Sunday a 5 mile hike. Though I haven't done the hike in a few weeks cause it has been too muddy.

I have lost 46 pounds and lowered my cholesteral 9 points in 18 months with mostly just changing the food I eat and the way I prepare it and size of portions, ofcourse quitting drinking helped alot too.I do 25 pushups and 25 situps 5 days a week, and I walk 1/2 mile every evening,no big deal there really.

I enjoy cooking and love goods food,I have'nt really not had fun with food and cooking and pretty much enjoying what I eat, kind of a life style change too.

I was 215 now I am 169 :)

that weight loss for you is a good thing too, congrats.
