why it Show like .it dont want show speed download speed.

Which country are you in? What speed did you pay to get? What kind of router and modem are you using in your connection?

Post your TCP Analyzer report.

its ok thx dude that prob coz by my firewall but now ok already. but i still have in surfing web site . Im from malaysia ,my line speed is 512k. but i still get this speed.

Your TCP settings and your TCP Window set to 31680 are correct for your bandiwdth.

The 2 speedtests indicates your problem lies in signal qualtiy as shown by the varying latency from 74ms to 322ms, to test sites within the same country. (Are you located in Ipoh?)

Do a tracert to http://www.yahoo.com and post.

To do a tracert, click 'Start' and then 'Run'. Type "cmd" into the box and click 'ok'.

A DOS black screen will appear. Type after the C:\>

tracert http://www.yahoo.com

and press enter key

When test is completed, move mouse cursor to the DOS black screen, click right and choose 'select all'.

Move mouse cursor to the Quick Reply box of this forum, click right and 'paste'.

Tracert shows high ping times at hop 1 which is your modem.

What kind of firewall are you using?

Turn the power to your modem off and relocate it a few feet away from other electrical devices to avoid electromagnetic interference.
