HOLY SMOKE!!! OPERA ROCKES!!!

OPERA IS THE BOMB. well the web browser is anyway :D. I just downloaded this new browser because some websites (like speedguide.net) were VERY slow. I knew it wasn't my cable connection, because sites like cnet.com were fast. Well, sites that were fast like cnet just got a whole lot faster! this is a really really fast browser and the layout of it is superior to IE (internet explorer). If your tired of m-soft and netscape, or you just want a change, take a look at opera!
here is the website from cnet on it, cut and paste it into IE/netscape. its a small download, only 2 megs i think, http://download.cnet.com/downloads/0-10058-100-2434988.html?tag=st.dl.10000_103_1.lst.td_2434988

p.s., the one negative about opera is that it doesn't support java, so you have to use IE for java webpages. If opera has a java upgrade/fix whatever tell me about it plz.

The other drawback, is that it's not free.
Too bad.

Good observation. You can keep your post cause I don't have/use Opera :)

Opera does and has supported Java for quite a while now. I have Opera (v. 3.62) and have Java support through a plugin. The newest version (4.62) is available with built in Java support. http://www.opera.com/
