Download and run this WinSockFix. Reboot comp and post a new TCP Analyzer report:

Where are you located and what speed did you pay your ISP to give you?

thanks for uber fast reply.... i am just about to instal winsockfix...
I am located in australia with iinet adsl2+ (24000kilobits)
The speed ive seen on my line is 2.0MB for like 1 second and then slows down to 1.3MB which is the normal max i get for torrents.
My average typical speeds for torrents are around 1.1 MB though.
Also sorry for the trouble, recently i have been getting bad speeds on internet explorer? such as rapidshare (200-400KB/sec) and speedtest.net sydney server been geting high pings of 95ms where used to i got 15ms.(5000kb/sec) from used to of over 10000kb/sec
Troger can ytou help me fix this problem cause you helped me solve a different problem before.. thankyou in advance

The reason I said "That sounds good" is that your RWIN is unstuck and has reverted to default value of 65535. That is why your speed halved.

TTL should reduce. Why it has become 51 from 64 is that your signal to Speedguide took 13 hops. Each hop consumes one TTL value.

No, there are more things to check. Setting registry values is only the first step. Next you have to check for possible problem with signal quality.
Do a tracert to http://www.yahoo.com and post.

Do some speedtests at this link using the Aussie test servers and post the results:

See my comments.patrickwoo91 wrote:I have to use bridge mode...??? otherwise my otehr computers cannot access the internet??
In bridge mode, the router function is turned off. You should not run it in bridge mode.
To service other computers, make sure DHCP server function is turned on and the router will issue LAN IP address to your computers automatically.
If you need to do port forwarding, here is a website that guides you through the steps to set up static LAN IP addresses for each computer and how to port forward:
http://www.portforward.com/
(ticked)Connect Automatically, as Required
(ticked) Disable SPI Firewall = UNTICK THIS
(not ticked) Default DMZ Server
(not ticked) Respond to Ping on Internet Port
MTU Size (in bytes) 1492
Port Speed (AUTO)
