Don't know how true this story is. I got it in an email.

Anyway, for your amusment..


Dad gets a new Ferrari...

Then he does something stupid. He lets Jr. drive it around the block. However Jr. isn't that bright or responsible. He hits a powerpole at 200 MPH.

Are you sure it is not the guy in Malibu. He had defaulted on his loan in England for the car, but not before he had it shipped to the U.S.. Said it was some random other guy driving who ran into the bushes.

Ah.....so it must be. Like I said, I didn't know how true the story was. After all, it was an email.

The real story is even more bizarre!

It's just easier to change 12 sparkplugs when the engine is out of the car :D

From chasing some of the links that DePlano posted, it seems this car isn't totaled.

It can be fixed for 200 to 400 grand.
