Saw that awhile ago, but I don't think it will mean much unless they produce a more family type car. Which I think they have plans for.

Kinda, but for 100 grand I think I'd get a Z06 Vette and then have 28k left over for gas.

Sort of like a Noble or Elise/Exige. Sweet car as a fourth or fifth one, don't expect people to get them as even a second car

Too bad it's so expensive..if everyone was as pissed off at the oil companies as they say they are and could afford a car like this or at least with this technology, this would be their way of saying "kiss my ass"

Far too expensive for the mainstream buyer.

I would agree. The Li Ion cells would be the way to go, but the expense of the number to run an automobile would be prohibitive.
