XBOX360 forum

Since we do have automotive forum why cant we have xbox360 forum ?
Yes its gaming console but why not to expand little bit more ?
It doesnt have to be all about games ...
Opinions ?

If not games, then what else would it be about? Perhaps you can post any upgrades for it in the hardware/software forum--

I think the gaming forum covers it enough, its not like Xbox talk consumes the gaming forum.

Xbox mods (not including just firmware upgrades), games, suggestions, questions, stealth modes, xbox Live, writing reviews on latest games (if its worth buying the game or not) and the list goes on ...

Thats cuz thats what we talk about.

Xbox discussion is basically you and Jim, with a little rosco and kevin thrown in on the side.

Theres not that much traffic through the gaming forum to warrant extra sub forums in my eyes.

It should stay in gen discussion forum, and automotive forum on speedguide ? It makes more sence to add xbox360 than automotive forum.But thats just my opinion, i just asked, seems like you guys dont like it, no hard feelings.

I see no need for it, as it is way too limited in scope, especially for a topic with little interest among much of the members.

There are thousands of better forums suited to such a task.

PS3 is coming out in middle of november, if not xbox360 then at least console section.
Yes there are thousands forums dedicated to hacking and downloading illegal iso files we dont want that here.
My point is if we have automotive why not console.
Yes there is little interest of the current members i agree, look at ISP section and bunch of others what were added lately.
I'm not complaining at all, just my 2 cents.

I would like to mod it, but without access to bann people.
I have so much time now except mondays and tuesdays but i will be there during evening hours.
I dont wanna "spamm" whole Gaming forum with 360 games.

Well, at least that statement carried some truth at one time.

The number of participants in such threads may be low, but they're starting to take up more space in that section. While I already shared my opinion that a section dedicated to a specific console is unnecessary, a general console section may not be a bad idea.

If anything, I guess I should ask: How does the PC-only crowd feel about console-related topics? Should they co-exist or be in their own separate section?

I agree with everything what Jim said, 90% of the gaming forum is consumed by XBOX360 atm, now we are gonna get PS3 and Wii.

I like it, theres some games that cross platforms, no trouble with people commenting from differnet sources. Most places you look at that separate them its like it helps fuel a fire of which one is better.

The already established Gaming forum should encompass all formats (PC, Xbox, PS, etc.....) I don't think that a console forum is necessary. A Political/Religion forum should be created first before a Console forum.

There have been threads requesting a political/religion forum, and it's never been granted, I don't care either way really, I'm just saying that a political/religion forum, should come before an XB360 forum for the simple reason that the forum link would actually get clicked on
