:rotfl: I am much releived and having my peace meal. As I have just cleared my MCSE cert exam 70-290. My score was satisfactory, but I hope I could have scored much better. I had 4 simulations, they were much confusing. I could answer all of them. But the create a tree questions were too easy and much depends on your common sense.

Congrats! Some can be real head scratchers for sure. Good luck on the rest of your exams.

:rotfl: YoS... ever take a MS Cert exam??? Common sense and real world experience will fail you for sure. It's all about the "the Microsoft way" on MS certs. It's their way or the highway.

Been reading over the 70-270, a lot looks likeit, maybe their more advanced certs are more MS way, or maybe I think like MS(I promise I wont write software!)

congrats Helensmith on passing! :thumb:

twwabw is right.. sometimes you'll have to mark an answer that describes a solution that you would NEVER use in the real world, yet Microsoft wants you to think their spectacular software would be the best way to solve every problem. :p

70-270 is the XP Pro exam- the workstation exams are usually the easiest- kind of a "gimme" on the path to MCSE Nirvana . :D

When you go for MCSE, take the security specialization path.. You can use the Security+ exam in place of a MS elective exam on that particular cert path. :thumb:
