Adelphia Powerlink

For the past month adelphia powerlink in south florida has benn very very slow. I get really high pings and slow downloads, pings vary from 150-300ms and i cant download above 50 kbps i have done all the tweaks and i used to be able to download around 300-400 kpbs and ping below 50ms. I dont know why its been so slow lately if anyone here knows why its beens so slow please drop the info here thanx

Mine got bad, but it was because a line went crappy for a while. My speed and Ping are great, 200 + and 70 ping, but they werent as good as they use to. BUT This May they are doing a HUGE upgrade in my area! So it should get better here.

did u call tech support?

i know why things seem to be slow, on their web page www.adelphia.net it says in network status that all palm beach county areas [where i live] are experiencing slow service and they are trying to fix it but that message has been there for like a week and when they have fixed the problem they remove it i guess they haveny fixed it yet =(
