Any1 know a link to test MS office skills for people that we hire secretary positions..etc online link or software free or trial

Specifying in the ad "Must know MS Office" would help weed out any of the applicants

Buy a good textbook on the subjects - many come with practice questions at the end of each chapter or in an appendix.

Thanks for the inputs I was for some online quick test to text skills cause people say that they are familiar with office..etc I end up showing them how to do basic stuff
