Try www.stickdog.com it is the same as DSL reports - and it does not say its busy

Beware of one thing though. I have three differant ones. Same program differant results! ;)

Personally I think most of those speed test sites aren't worth a crap. You have to consider how many hops the server is away from you, whether the server is overloaded, and a number of other things.

I use a program from AnalogX called Netstat Live to measure my speed. That way its not dependant on any one server. I also use Download Accelerator to maximize all possible bandwidth available.
