Story
The Justice Department says it's not trying to make it easier to look at someone's online activity. It just wants to be sure that, by the time someone becomes a suspect, plenty of data on his or her online doings will be available.
"By the time"? So we're all EXPECTED to eventually become suspects?

There's a striking flaw in logic there, one the DoJ is all too willing to entertain.
